We only accept direct debit payments for our regular window cleaning service as we believe that this offers the most convenient and secure payment method for our customers. This does not mean that you pay every month - we only collect payment after we have cleaned your windows. If we don't clean them, then you don't pay. The direct debit can be cancelled at any time via your banking app, or by giving your bank a call.

Our one-off services are as follows
When you book any of these one-off services, we will email you a payment link in order to make payment. This link is provided by GoCardless, and provides our customers with a secure and simple way to pay online for our one-off services. Once we have cleaned your property, simply click on the link and make your payment.

All new customers are required to set up a Direct Debit mandate via our payment provider GoCardless and pay for their regular window cleaning via Direct Debit.
While this may sound like a continuous monthly payment, it is not: We only collect payment after we have cleaned your windows. If we do not clean them for any reason (poor weather, you want to skip a month etc), then we will not take any payment. We believe this method provides the most convenient way for you to pay for your regular window cleaning service.
We do not accept cash or card payments.
Our one-off services are as follows
To pay for these services, we can either provide you with a gocardless payment link to allow you to pay online, or we also accept cash on the day.
GoCardless payments are collected 5 days after your windows have been cleaned.
No, we only direct GoCardless to collect payment when a job is complete.
No, payment is only ever taken if your windows have been cleaned.
No, Payments are only ever taken after your windows are cleaned, if you are not having your windows cleaned for any reason payment will never be taken until you re-start your cleaning schedule.
Yes, you have full control as you would with any Direct Debit payment set up.
